For those of you who have had to put up with this, we have created a new service that allows you to easily exchange your product by simply dropping it in the post, with free shipping both ways. - If you wish to exchange your item for the second time, a fee will be charged .
Replacement Procedure
- Please contact us by email or LINE with your order number .
- We will send you the replacement product and return shipping materials. *You cannot choose the shipping method.
- Please put the return item in a letter pack and drop it in the post.
*Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if you wish to exchange it.
*Items that have been used for anything other than trying on cannot be exchanged.
*Items that are dirty, have perfume, sweat or other odors cannot be exchanged.
