"Professionalism"

I had the opportunity to visit the factory where our products are actually made. What struck me during the visit was their stock of 500 yarn colors and their challenge to create new fabrics, as innovative textures are preferred. They are particular about their yarn: instead of skein dyeing, they use cheese-dyed (spool-dyed) yarn, which is directly loaded onto the loom. This reduces the number of processes and the stress on the yarn, resulting in a more beautiful fabric.

"Management mindset"

The factory itself was old, but it was extremely neat and tidy, with absolutely no unnecessary items near the machinery. In other words, the factory was remarkably clean. Looking at the floor, there was only lint from that day's work and no other trash. On the workbenches, only the bare minimum of tools were out. Yarn inventory and other items were managed in their designated positions. I was impressed that such a large space, number of personnel, and complex work processes could be kept so well organized.
