State of manufacture

Prototype

When we actually used the samples we received, we found areas that needed improvement and flaws in the design, and made five revisions.

There are 5 colors, so I haven't checked the others, but if you show me a part, it looks like this.

Business card holder and coin case.

The coin case is relatively orthodox, but the business card holder has a sharp design.

I think you can see the skin color part.

The purpose is to prepare a pocket so that you can put things in an S-shaped cut and to show off the color of one point.

In addition, the S-shaped cut subtly includes the meaning of a brand logo that resembles the "S" in STYLE=.

High-grade Italian leather x 50 years of craftsmanship

We chose Italian leather, which has a "leather-like" feel to the touch, gloss, and smell.

The colors are red, navy, and brown, as shown in the picture.

Black and khaki not shown in the photo.

I received a color swatch like this.

Nume leather is used for the interior because it is the closest to the original appearance.

↑ Nume leather. It's OK if you think it's leather without embossing or surface treatment.

Most of STYLE='s best sellers so far have been embossed.

In a sense, I think it was more of an "artificial" beauty with human touches such as embossing, rather than a natural beauty with a "leather-like" feel. (I'm not saying which one is better or worse...)

design features

Since the estimated selling price is around 8,000 to 10,000 yen, I tried to look for something stylish rather than a slightly unfashionable shape that would fit a lot.

This is because the standard business card holder has a width of about 110 mm, which is the length of a business card + play + folding of the gusset, but this time it is 105 mm, eliminating play and optimizing the size. . (Initially, I specified 95mm, but after using a sample, I settled on 105mm.)
